ZEAL GROUP CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER SHORTLISTED FOR PRESTIGIOUS AWARD
Susan Standiford, ZEAL Group’s Chief Technology Officer, has been shortlisted for CIO of the Year at the Women in IT Excellence Awards 2017.
Set to be one the most prestigious events in the awards calendar, the Computing Magazine sponsored Women in IT Excellence Awards – in their inaugural year – recognise the amazing women who are innovating, pioneering and being role models for the next generation of technology professionals.
The CIO of the Year Award is given to the person who is leading the way in enabling technology to do incredible things, inspiring their organisation and standing out.
Susan is a member of the ZEAL Executive Board, responsible for ensuring our technology platforms give us the power to create consistently fantastic customer experiences, wherever they are in the world.
Susan, said: “I’m over the moon to be nominated. It’s a real reflection of the great teams we have here at ZEAL, doing amazing things to change the shape of the lottery industry.”
One of only 3 nominees, Susan faces stiff competition from Cait O’Riordan of the Financial Times, and Heidi Fraser-Krauss of the University of York.
The winner will be announced on 1 November 2017.
